- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 08, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 David Cabanilla requests Design Review approval for a new six-story, 86-unit apartment building in the DT1 (General Downtown) Zone, located at 88 West 500 North. North Park Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6414 dwright@provo.org PLPPA20230321 Item 2 Rachel Dressel requests Design Review approval for a new 4-unit townhome development in the WG (West Gateway) zone, located at 1010 West Center Street. Dixon Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6404 dwright@provo.org PLPPA20220225 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
