- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, May 22, 2024 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 North Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Zoom, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leedstown.org for Zoom details. Regular Meeting 7:00p.m. 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 4. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda, May 22, 2024 b. Meeting Minutes of April 24, 2024 5. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 6. Announcements: a. Oath of Office: Town Clerk b. Recognition: Kurt & Terry Allen c. Recognition: 2024 Fair Committee d. 4th of July Committee Update e. Peach Days f. Washington County Water Conservancy District - Public Notice g. Department of Natural Resources - House Bill 384 Update 7. Public Hearing: None 8. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Proposed Excavation Permit, Amendment to Chapter 10 of Land Use Ordinance 2008-04, continued discussion after Public Hearing on April 24, 2024. Revisions made per Town Council's request. b. Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, set Public Hearing date. c. Review Hillside Ordinance and forward to Planning Commission d. Recommendation for Planning Commissioner 9. Staff Report 10. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person) 11.
