- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Thursday, July 18, 2024. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Lyle Bair. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from June 20, 2024. 2. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2024-06, a Resolution to inform the State of Utah Water Quality Board of actions taken concerning the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Report for 2024. 3. Staff reports and monthly financial review. 4. Council Member and Mayor Reports 5. Closed Meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205 (1) (e). 6. Closed Meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205 (1) (d). Adjourn
