- PUBLIC NOTICE Morgan City adopted the following Ordinance during the regular City Council Meeting on August 13, 2024. - Ordinance 24-11 amending Title 1, Chapter 1.15 - Consolidated Fee Schedule of the Morgan City Code by amending the electric impact fees for residential and commercial development within Morgan City. - A full copy of this ordinance is available at the Morgan City Office, 90 West Young Street, the Morgan County Library, 50 North 100 West, or on the City website: www.morgancityut.org Posted on August 14, 2024 /s/ Denise Woods, City Recorder
