- The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District will be held at 7:00 P.M. on August 15, 2024 at the Abatement District Office as located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah. (Telephonic participation for board members available as per district policy passed April 9, 2020) AGENDA 1. Call to order. 2. Prayer or Inspirational Thought 3. 2023 Annual Financial Report (Audit) Crossroads Accounting Professionals, PLLC. 4. Public input. 5. Report on the Fraud Risk Hotline email. 6. Approval of April and June Board Meeting minutes. 7. Approval of the bills, expenditures, and financial statements. 8. Board member pay for reviewing RFPs or other time spent beyond regular duties. 9. Purchase of new equipment, sale of used equipment and retention of current equipment. a. Purchase: 1-fogger, 2-ATV's or UTVs, 2-Mesa 4 tablets. b. Sale: 1-truck, 1-fogger, 1-ATV's. Surplus equipment to be sold in the spring. c. Retain: 1-truck and 1- ATV for spares. 10. Update on adopting the Utah Association of Special Districts 'Purchasing Policy'. 11. Operational status of the district's 2024 public health mosquito control operation. 12. Manager's Report 13. Items for next meeting's agenda. 14. Next meeting to be held October 10, 2024. 15. Vote to adjourn.
