- NOTICE OF A REGULAR LIBRARY BOARD MEETING June 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of May 21, 2024, Library Board Meeting Minutes Approval of May 21, 2024 library board meeting minutes. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1. Discussion of Roles and Responsibilities Mayor Fullmer discussion of roles and responsibilities 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 4.1. Presentation to City Council of the board's vision for the Vineyard library 5. STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 5.1. Library Report 5.2. Board Report 6. WORK SESSION No work items were submitted. 7. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on July 16, 2024 This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The Public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
