- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 28, 2023 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Article 7 Signs in the Development Code to update several regulations regarding temporary signs in residential and commercial zones. - Highland City Staff is proposing an amendment to Chapter 6 Guarantee of Performance in the Development Code relating to requiring minimum time commitments for performance bonds for new subdivisions. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4506 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
