Discuss/Approve safety project on Eva Conover Road Ferron West Project. (tabled last meeting) 6. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. a. Green River 9-Mile Dip b. Lawrence East Project 7. Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. 8. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. 9. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. a. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: b. Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For June, in the gross amount of $199,967.20 less the Carbon shift of $50,757.00 for a net amount of $149,210.20 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $7,460.51 the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $141,749.69 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 66,622.35 CVSSD - 16% $ 22,679.95 Fire SSD - 16% $ 22,679.95 Rec SSD - 16% $ 22,679.95 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 7,087.49 10. Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on September 9, 2024.
