- 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Line-Item Transfers A. Line Item Transfers Parks and Recreation received a grant for the new pavilion and needs to move money from operating supplies to CIP $40,500.00. Also, they will be moving $15,000 to the equipment line and $10,000 to the travel and training line. Managers' Office: Budgeted money for the council to buy an SUV or Truck. We have been unable to find one within budget, so we would like to prioritize projects by moving funds from the council remodel to the CIP line for the council. Attachments 1. Resolution 2024-16 - Amending (Increasing) the 2024 Budget, Alison McCoy The General Fund is increasing by $208,000 and the Human Services Fund is increasing by $39,660. Attachments 1. Resolution 2024-15 - Amending Section 3, Hiring, of the Tooele County Personnel Policy to Clarify the County's Nepotism Policy, Nathan Harris This resolution amends the Personnel Policy to clarify the County Council's position about nepotism. Interlocal Agreement between Tooele Valley Public Infrastructure District and Tooele County, Nathan Harris/Rachelle Custer This agreement outlines the services that the County will offer to the Tooele Valley Public Infrastructure District ('TVPID') as TVPID expands and builds the infrastructure within its boundaries. The County will review engineering plans and drawings submitted and grant necessary approvals that are in line with the County's applicable building standards.
