- PUBLIC NOTICE ADOPTION OF THE PAROWAN VALLEY GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN Dear Water Users: This is notice of the State Engineer's intention to adopt a groundwater management plan for Parowan Valley in Iron County. The groundwater management plan will be adopted 60 days from the date of this notice.
