- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Andy Flinders, Marva Peterson, and Vonae Swenson to the Library Board 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the meeting minutes held on June 24, 2024. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider awarding the RFP for Airport Planning Services. b. Consider approving a minor subdivision for the Business Park South c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-7 reaffirming the annexation filed by John & Natalie Call and Gordon & Jackie Anderson for property located at approximately 1149 North 500 East. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual(s). 10. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND EMAILING The undersigned duly appointed and acting recorder for the municipality of Richfield City hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice website www.pmn.utah.gov, and the City's website www.richfieldcity.com, emailed to each member of the governing body, this 3rd day of July 2024.
