- HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HERE-BY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY DESERET CEMETERY DISTRICT WILL BE HOLDING A REGULAR MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 2024 IN THE HINCKLEY LIONS CLUB BUILDING AT 240 WEST CENTER STREET HINCKLEY, UTAH IT SHALL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 7:00 PM THE AGENDA MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Roll call - Pledge of Allegiance a. Chairman: Matt Eliason i. Board: Matt Eliason, Daryl Dutson, Dianne Greener, Kell Manis, Rick Moody, Chris Palmer, Skip Taylor, ii. Secretary: Deb Wagner iii. Sextons: Arizona Cropper, Brad Hardy 2. Review and approval of minutes from the previous meeting held December 06, 2023 3. Petitions, remonstrances and communications 4. Review of Utah State Regulatory Requirements and Submittals 5. Balance Sheet Review and Upcoming Spending 6. Outstanding Business a. Sexton(s) Update 7.
