Review of Public Comments The Cultural Core Budget Committee accepts public comments in the following formats: Written comments may be submitted via email to merinda@downtownslc.org or to the Downtown SLC Presents offices, 201 South Main Street, Suite 2300, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. Verbal comments of two minutes or less are accepted at the meeting. 4. Current Business DISCUSSION FY25 Budget (20 min) Britney Helmers Reviewed on May 14, 2024 Leftover funds from FY24 - Approximately $70,000 Edison St Mural Refresh $14,000 200W Underpass Mural Refresh $20,000 Brand Relaunch $30,000 Reserves $6,000 Questions after the Review ACTION Vote Approval of FY25 Budget (2 min) Lia Summers Other Art + Culture updates (20 min) Felicia Baca and Matt Castillo ArtTix Reporting (Matt Castillo) 6. Next Meeting: Tuesday, August 6, 2024 Agenda Items: Review on FY24 7.
