- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Springville City The Springville City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Springville City tax on a $462,000 residence would increase from $190.07 to $199.72, which is $9.65 per year. - The Springville City tax on a $462,000 business would increase from $345.58 to $363.13, which is $17.55 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Springville City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 5.24% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/20/2024 7:00 P.M. Location: Springville Civic Center Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville To obtain more information regarding the tax increase, citizens may contact Springville City at 801-489-2708.
