Re-allocation of CARBON_DMPO funds in STIP Year 2024 from Rim Rock Trail - St. George City ($250,000) to the following projects: - $150,000 to additional Trail Counters for St. George (4) Washington City (4), Ivins (2), Hurricane (3) - $140,000 to ADA Transition Plan - $14,624 to Ivins Gap Fill Project c. Consider Planning Boundary Expansion to include northern section of Toquerville City. d. Consider 2024 UPWP update (Unified Planning Work Program) to include a vote share increase from $5,500 to $6,000 e. Presentation of new Traffic Count webpage -- St George City Center f.
