- Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 2nd day of May 2024. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Discussion and/or approval of conditional use for a business license at 341 S 200 W by Costwise Craftmen Co LLC. Public Comment: Adjournment:
