- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD A WORK MEETING ON THE 25TH DAY OF APRIL 2024 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Review and revise Helper City Municipal Code Chapter 18. ADJOURNMENT:
