- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD A WORK MEETING ON THE 17TH DAY OF APRIL 2024 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:30 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Review and revise Helper City Municipal Code Chapter 18. ADJOURNMENT: The public is invited to attend all open Planning and Zoning meetings. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted on this 16th day of April 2024 at the City Office building 58 South Main Street and the Helper Civic Auditorium at 19 South Main Street. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours prior to such meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 435-472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
