- NOTICE City of Bountiful Notice of Special Ballot Proposition Election Public Notice is hereby given that a Special Ballot Proposition #3 will be voted on in the general election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024: - Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - The address of the Statewide Electronic Voter Information Website is: https://vote.utah.gov/ - The address of the Davis County Elections Website is (Elections Officer): https://www.daviscountyutah.gov/clerk/election/elections The election officer will post on the website the location of each polling place for each voting precinct, each early voting polling place, and each election day voting center, including any changes to the location of a polling place and the location of an additional polling place. - Voters may call 801-451-3213 to obtain information regarding the location of a polling place. - Title of the Proposition: OFFICIAL BALLOT PROPOSITION FOR THE CITY OF BOUNTIFUL, UTAH Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax Reauthorization Election November 5, 2024 Shall the City of Bountiful, Utah, be authorized to impose a 0.1% sales and use tax to fund parks improvements, recreational improvements, and cultural facilities and organizations for the City of Bountiful? _____ Yes _____ No - Eligible voters wanting to prepare a written argument for or against this special ballot proposition shall file a request with the Bountiful City Recorder before 5:00 p.m. no later than 64 days (or September 2, 2024) before the date of the election (November 5, 2024).
