Approval of Deseret Peak Contract for Pool Build, Corey Bullock Tooele County has completed the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and is seeking approval for the RFP and contract related to the Deseret Peak Complex rebuild. We seek to approve the contract with Strong Excavation. We will be entering into a Construction Management General Contractor at Risk (CMGC) contract. Grant of Road Easement and Reimbursement Agreement - Providence Tooele, LLC - Brent Rose This is an agreement between Providence Tooele, LLC, and Tooele County for an easement and reimbursement for a portion of the road that will be built to extend a portion of the already existing 2400 North Street in Tooele County. This agreement outlines that when the land is developed if done within 20 years, the County will be reimbursed for the road that it put in to alleviate traffic during a period of an immense influx of visitors to the county. Parker, LLC - Brent Rose This is an agreement between Don R.
