- Mayfield Town Planning Commission Agenda Thursday July 18, 2024 6:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. Discussion & Action Items Discussion of Branded Sips business license application and approval of conditional use permit Unfinished business Adjourn Notes: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Commission and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder of Mayfield Town does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Mayfield Town limits.
