- CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION RETREAT WORK SESSION January 24, 2023 5:30 - 9:00 PM CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION RETREAT - WORK SESSION Harrisville City Cabin, 725 W Harrisville Rd., Harrisville, UT 84404 The Harrisville City Council and Planning Commission will be meeting to discuss Economic and Community Development, Moderate Income Housing, and associated budget items for 2023 beginning at 5:30PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Harrisville Cabin, located at 725 W Harrisville Rd., Harrisville, UT 84404. The public is invited to attend and observe the work session; however, no public comment will be taken. The Council will take no formal action during the work session. AGENDA 5:30 PM Welcome and Agenda Overview - Mayor Welcome & Introductions. 6:15 PM Economic and Community Development Discussion 7:00 PM Moderate Income Housing Discussion 7:30 PM Goals and Priorities 8:00 PM Budget Items 2023 9:00 PM Adjournment The foregoing City Council agenda was posted and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website www.cityofharrisville.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law.
