- To be posted on July 17, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, South Salt Lake City Website, and at South Salt Lake City Hall Notice of a Public Hearing for the adoption of an amended Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and ordinances amending Titles 3 and 15 of the City of South Salt Lake Municipal Code relevant to impact fees related to the South Salt Lake Drinking Water System Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 11-36a-502 of the Utah Code Annotated that the City of South Salt Lake, has prepared an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, and will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment regarding the adoption of an amended Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and ordinances amending Titles 3 and 15 of the City of South Salt Lake Municipal Code updating the code sections related to impact fees of the South Salt Lake Drinking Water System A summary and copy of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis proposed for adoption are available for review on the City's website, or at South Salt Lake City Hall, 220 East Morris Ave, South Salt Lake City, UT or the Granite Library, located at 3331 South 500 East, Southa Salt Lake, UT. The hearing will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 7:30 pm at South Salt Lake City Hall, 220 East Morris Ave. South Salt Lake, UT.
