- Levan Town PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the mayor and members of the Town Council of the Town of Levan, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, the 13th of June 2024 at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan, Utah at 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. 1. Opening Ceremonies: Welcome: Invocation: Pledge of Allegiance: Local Building Authority - Agenda: None Regular Town Council Agenda: 2. Action Items: a. Temporary Land Use Regulation Ordinance b. Tentative Budget Adoption c. Levan Baseball Field Project 3. Discussion Items: a. Levan Park Baseball Field - K. Worwood b. Water Concerns - Nick Childs c. Budget Work Session and Public Hearing date 4. Mayor/Councilmember/Department/Committee Reports a. Mayor/Council Member Reports: b. Office Issued Permits Report: Reroof - A. Jeffs Reroof - B. Craig c. Planning Commission Report: d. Committee Reports: e. Other Reports: 5. Council Business: Approval of Minutes for May 9, 2024, Regular Meeting Approval of Claims (5-1-2024 to 5-31-2024) Approval of Payroll Comparison Report (4-1-2024 to 5-31-2024) Approval of Final Cash Receipts Report (4-1-2024 to 4-30-2024) Review Tentative Cash Receipts Report (5-1-2024 to 5-31-2024) Review Budget Report (7-1-2023 to 5-31-2024) 6. Public Comments: Each speaker may be provided up to two minutes to speak. In addition to topics on the agenda, the council may allow public comment on other topics. 7. Convene into Executive Session - a. Discussion of the character and competence of an individual, collective bargaining, litigation, real property, water shares, security systems, investigative proceedings, deliberations, procurement process. 8. Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
