- Agenda 1. Review and recommend any changes to the employee vacation leave policy for new hires. 2. Review changes to URS Contribution and make recommendations if needed. 3. Review Medical Plan Renewal - Gallager. 4. Approve and set a date, time, and location for a closed meeting for the purpose of discussing information provided to the public body during the procurement process that may not be disclosed to the public or a participant in the procurement process and must be reviewed by the body - UCA 52-4-205(1)(o).
