- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 4th day of June, 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the following: - Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Budget 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Stephensen - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 21, 2024 3. New Business - Youth Council Liaison - Nate Allen - Executive Director of Utah Approves - Presentation on Approval Voting - Resolution 24- 06 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2025 Proposed Budget 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Roads Department - Parks Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - May Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pony Express Days Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Cache County School District - Float/Parades 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - July 2, 2024 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
