- Public notice is hereby given that the Oakley City Appeal Authority, in accordance with section 13-1-15 of the Oakley City Development Code, will convene to discuss and take possible action regarding a setback variance application at 4560 N State Road 32. Applicant is Glen Leavitt. Applicant desires 6' minimum setback from rear property line for accessory building. Current code for rear setback is 12'. The public meeting will be held in-person at Oakley City Hall at the anchor location of 960 W. Center Street, Oakley or via the Zoom platform. Monday, July 29, 2024, at 7:00 pm. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will not be received during this meeting as public hearing was held July 11, 2024. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Oakley City Appeal Authority will conduct this public meeting at the above time and place specified. Posted in minimum 3 places.
