- TOWN OF STERLING TOWN COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, July 16, 2024. AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Keenan Pearson Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approval of Minutes from Previous TC Meeting and Budget Hearing. Discussion and vote on Proposed Sterling General Plan Discussion and vote on Cross Connection Ordinance Discussion and vote on Cross Connection Policy and Procedure Discussion and vote on initiating a Sterling Fire Department Fee to the water bills to begin August 1, 2024. Discussion and vote on adding a water hookup for Brad Rowley. Discussion and vote on adding an out of town and holiday and weekend fee for opening and closing of graves. Discussion and vote on sending a letter to Jeff Hendricks regarding his trailer that is parked on a single access road that poses a hazard in the event of emergency vehicles needing to pass. Discussion of Transient Room Tax Ordinance. Discussion of Highway Tax Ordinance. Discussion and vote on streetlight conversion to led light bulbs. Discussion and vote on adopting level 1 fire restrictions.
