- NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome and Roll Call (Braden) 2. Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed (Braden) 3. Public comment 4. Consideration for approval of the January 25, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes (Braden) 5. Financial report on current expenses and budget (Dave) 6. Grant status (Braden) 7. Groundwater Management Plan status (Melanie) 8. Utah Municipal Power Agency presentation (K Garlick) 9. Closed session to discuss real estate transaction (Braden) 10. Impact fee and infrastructure needs discussion (Melanie & Peter) a. Report on impact fee plan starting with smaller acreage (carry over from previous meeting) 11. Other Business 12. Next Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 2024 This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person. For any member of the public who desires to join this meeting, please call the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9184. Leave a message that includes your email address, and you will receive a meeting invitation with a link to the virtual meeting. All interested members of the public are invited to attend.
