- LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On July 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Troy Watson's request for approval of a Plat Amendment for Wathen Estates Plat B amending lot 7 of Wathen Estates Plat A located at 1045 North 200 East. Public hearing and consideration of Dominion Energy's request for conditional use approval of the Dominion Regulator Station Site Plan located on 0.13-acres at approximately 11775 West Frontage Road. Public hearing and recommendation of the Fox Bros Properties LLC and Lehi City Development Agreement for Grant's Corner located at approximately 90 N 500 W. Public hearing and recommendation of Mike Ballard's request for approval of the Thanksgiving Point Area Plan Amendment to allow for automotive repair. Public hearing and consideration of Brent Ventura's request for approval of the Temple View Villas Preliminary Subdivision including 5 single-family residential lots located at 2800 North 260 East. Public hearing and recommendation of the Lehi City, Strata Networks, and Gardner Plumb LC. Development Agreement on 51.45 acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street. Public hearing and recommendation of the Lehi City's request for a General Plan Amendment on 51.75-acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street, changing the land use designation from VLDRA to PF & VLDR. Public hearing and recommendation of the Lehi City's request for a Zone Change on 14.82-acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street, changing the zoning from A-5 to Public Facility. Public hearing and recommendation of Edge Homes' request for a Zone Change on 36.93-acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street, changing the zoning from A-5 to R-1-15
