- TOWN OF STERLING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 Town Council PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CONCERNING THE PROPOSED STERLING GENERAL PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday July 9, 2024 6:30-7:00 AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Town Planning & Zoning Meeting will begin following the Public Hearing. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Commission chair, Judith Wadley Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Public comments concerning the Proposed Sterling General Plan Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on June 25, 2024 are highlighted. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 25th day of June, 2024.
