- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its Work Meeting on Monday, July 1, 2024. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Shay Morrison Community Advisor. b. Discussion on the prioritization of Capital Improvement Project List (CIP). c. Discussion on Planning Commission/Ordinance requirements. d. Discussion of Grazing & Building Leases. e. JUB Stormwater Project Update. f. Discussion on SCADA System, new computer. g. Discussion on purchasing 2 Tablets with Internet Access for Maintenance Crew. h. Discussion of Budget for FY Ending June 30, 2025, consider the purchase of another city vehicle and other miscellaneous equipment needed. i. Discussion of the need for a Truth in Taxation for next year. 4. ADJOURNMENT. 5. EXECUTIVE SESSION. a. Discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
