- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, June 10, 2024, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their question or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eurekautah.org. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:20 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Mayor and City Council Committees. A. Christopher Dever. B. Robert Trepanier. C. Travis Haynes. D. Thomas Nedreberg. E. Greg Evans. F. Jeremy Snell. 2. Maintenance Technician Report. 7:20 pm DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Troy Christensen - Candidate for Juab County Recorder. 2. Wayne Kogianes - Request for Grazing Lease on City Property by Sewer Plant. 3. John Meidell - Request to Purchase Railroad Property adjacent to his on Arlington Avenue. 4. Heather Zufelt - Handicraft Workshops Proposal under Recreation Department. 5. Discussion of Projects/Ideas for Capital Improvement Project List. 6. Discussion for Procedures for Use/Sale of Topsoil from borrow area. 7. Discussion on Resolution No. 2024-06-10-01 Fireworks Use/Restrictions. 8. Resolution No. 2024-06-10-02 to Amend Budget for FY Ending June 30, 2024. 9. Resolution No. 2024-06-10-03 to Adopt a Budget for FY Ending June 30, 2025. 8:15 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who had submitted their question or concerns in writing prior to the meeting may speak at this time, if present, but will be limited to two minutes each.). 8:30 pm ADJOURNMENT. 8:35 pm EXECUTIVE SESSION. 1.
