- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE MENDON CITY The MENDON CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. -The MENDON CITY tax on a $614,000 residence would increase from $443.06 to $490.68, which is $47.62 per year. -The MENDON CITY tax on a $614,000 business would increase from $805.57 to $892.14, which is $86.57 per year. -If the proposed budget is approved, MENDON CITY would increase its property budgeted revenue by 10.91% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
