New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of amending 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule b. Discussion and consideration of Final Plat for Harvest Acres, Phase 3 - Garth Day c. Walk-ins:* 4. Comments/Reports: 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 6. Adjournment Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted May 20, 2024, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting. A copy of the agenda was delivered to the Leader (Newspaper) on May 20, 2024. _____________________________ Cynthia Nelson, Deputy Recorder *Utah Code 52-4-202, (6) allows for a topic to be raised by the public and discussed by the public body even though it was not included in the agenda or advance public notice given; however, no final action will be taken.
