- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Public Hearing On May 9, 2024 @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office, 103 East Main Street, Fairfield, Utah Notice of Public Hearing The Fairfield Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on the following: Ordinance # 2024-04. An Ordinance Amending Title 3. Business and License Regulations.; Adding Chapter 7.00. Temporary Business Licenses/Permits., Resolution #2024-08. A Resolution Approving the Consolidated Fairfield Town Fee Schedule. Resolution #2024-09. A Resolution Amending The Fairfield Town Budget For Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Resolution #2024-10. A Resolution Adopting The Fairfield Town Budget For Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Resolution #2024-11. A Resolution Adopting The American Public Works Association Standard Specifications (APWA).
