- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday May 6, 2024, at 6:00 PM at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Public hearing regarding the issuance and sale of not more than $20,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2024 and any potential economic impact that the improvements, facility or property financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the bonds may have on the private sector. 2. Consider approval of P-Card for employee Diego Escobar 3. Consider approval of joint funding agreement with the United States Geological Survey 4. Regional Reuse System update 5. Consider approval of Regional Reuse System Owner Advisor Annual Workplan with Stantec 6. Consider approval of Engineer Agreement with Bowen Collins & Associates for the Regional Reuse System Preliminary Design Report 7. Consider approval of Authorization Contract for Treatment of Domestic Wastewater Effluent with Ash Creek Special Service District 8.
