- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING July 2nd, 2024 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on July 2nd, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 9:00 AM 9:00 AM Open Meeting, Call to order, - Prayer offered by TBA. - Pledge of Allegiance led by TBA New Business 9:05: Approve Bills 9:15: Approve June Minutes 9:30: Election Canvass 9:45: Consider Signing Resolution for URS alternate contribution 10:00: Consider signing Conditional Use Permit with FERVO Geothermal 10:15: Consider Programming Options for BCSO 10:30: Consider Options for Maintenance Department DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION ITEMS (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
