Water Purchase-Kyle Gubler B. Culinary Water Management update-Derek Imlay C. Irrigation Water Management update-Derek Imlay D. Water District Irrigation study report-Mayor Wilson E. Ash Creek Sewer District meeting report-Doug Wilson IV. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to change the meeting time from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am. 2. Discussion and possible action to provide irrigation water to Greg Bringhurst. V. Public Concerns for Board Consideration: Identification of issues for consideration at future meetings. VI. Board member concerns VII.
