NEW BUSINESS 5.1 DISCUSSION: DISCUSSION ON THE SELECTED STRATEGIES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODERATE INCOME HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 5.2 DISCUSSION: DISCUSSION ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ALLOWANCE OF BACKYARD CHICKENS WITHIN CITY LIMITS Discussion only.
