CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Chair Pro-Tempore Preslar 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Chamberlain 3. Disclosures and Declaration of conflicts from Commission Members. B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of agenda order C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from March 13, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting and April 23, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting. D. REPORTS: 1. Planning Chair Pro-Tempore Preslar 2. Planning Commissioners 3. Assistant City Manager, Darrin LeFevre 4. City Manager, Afton Moore 5. City Attorney, Matt Ekins E. BUSINESS ITEM(S): 1. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Chairperson for 2024. 2. Discussion and possible appointment of Planning Commission Pro Tempore for 2024. 3. Discussion and possible recommendation on Resolution 2024.XX - Modifying the Toquerville City Planning Commission Annual Meeting Schedule to meet once a month. 4. Discussion and possible recommendation on a Final Plat Application submitted by Firelight Development, Inc. for Sun River Firelight - Phase 2. Tax ID #: T-128-PV1. 5. Discussion on the Grading Ordinance. 6. Discussion on the Planning Commission Policies and Procedures Manual. F. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
