- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF UINTAH COUNTY: Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the UINTAH ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT will hold a meeting in the North Conference Room of the Uintah County Building at 152 East 100 North, Vernal Utah on Friday, May 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. AGENDA OPENING CEREMONY 1. Welcome by Chair-Person-Debra Hamaker (1 min) 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Inspirational or Humorous Thought STANDING BUSINESS 1. Request for Approval of Minutes from the April 2024 Meeting (2 min) CLOSED SESSION 1. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. PUBLIC BUSINESS Public Business-including public comments will be limited to 5 minutes each, unless otherwise specified. 1. Request to Set Date and Time for Public Hearing for 1st Budget Re-opener FY 2024- (5 mins). 2.
