Public Hearing on opening the 2023 Budget, for the purpose of increasing or decreasing the budgeted amounts. 2. Discuss/approve/deny the changes to the zoning map for the C-2 zone. 3. Discuss/approve/deny amending the 2023 Budget. 4. Discuss/approve/deny a water connection to Richie and Danielle Hansen. 5. Discuss/approve/deny Resolution No R03-2022, City Council Meetings for the 2023 calendar year. 6. Discuss/approve/deny consent agenda October 11, 2022 regular meeting minutes October 11, 2022 Executive meeting minutes November 01, 2022 Executive meeting minutes November 02, 2022 Executive meeting minutes November 08, 2022 regular meeting minutes November 2022 Treasurer's report December Payment Approval report 7.
