- ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, June 24, 2024 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission 6:00 p.m. A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Business A. Discuss the initial review of Annabella's subdivision code B. Review the survey results for the cul-de-sac at 270 S. 400 E. and discuss the next steps C. Current conditional use permit applications D. Current building permit applications E. Other business III. Adjourn.
