Review of Public Comments The Arts & Culture Advisory Board will accept public comments regarding County Arts & Culture business in the following formats: a. Written comments may be submitted to the Arts & Culture Advisory Board Liaison, Jacquelyn Jones, via email (jjones@slco.org) no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. b. Verbal comments of two minutes or less will be accepted in person at all Arts & Culture Advisory Board meetings. 3. Action Item: Approve May 23, 2024, and June 6, 2024, meeting minutes 4. Resident Review Presentation & Questions, Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation - Kary Billings, Executive Director (30 minutes) 5. Resident Review Presentation & Questions, Repertory Dance Theatre - Linda Smith, Executive Director (30 minutes) 6. Division Updates - (15 minutes) a. Southwest Valley Arts Center Updates - Matt Castillo b. ZAP Summer Happenings - Samantha Thermos c. Summer & Fall Community Engagement Events - Jenn Niedfeldt 7. Art Event Discussion - All (5 minutes) 8. Adjourn Arts & Culture Advisory Board Committee Assignments - Executive Committee (Chair & Vice Chair - renews annually) o Essie Soul - Chair o Ryan Riches - Vice Chair - Resident Review Committee (3-5 members - renews every three years) o Amanda Mulia o Cody Goetz o Erik Christiansen o Bing Fang o Don Tingey o Maria Chumbita-Garcia - Art Selection Committee (1 member - renews annually) o Jorge Rodriguez - Nominating Committee (2-3 members - renews annually) o Dustin Lewis o Megan West - ZAP Tier 1 Review Board (1 member - renews annually) o Don Tingey - ZAP Tier 2 Review Board (1-2 members - renews annually) o Ryan Riches People with disabilities should make requests for reasonable accommodation at least 48 hours in advance to attend this meeting.
