- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 05-22-2024 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Public Hearing Upon Proposed 2024-2025 Fiscal Budget 5. Public Hearing Upon Proposed 2023-2024 Budget Amendments 6. Consideration of an Ordinance Establishing the Compensation of the Elective, Statutory and Appointed Officers of the Town of Rush Valley for the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year 7. Consideration of a Resolution Adopting the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget and Setting the Tax Levy for the Town of Rush Valley 8. Consideration of a Resolution Amending the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year Budget for the Town of Rush Valley 9. Approval to Surplus Clover Cemetery Shed 10. Approval to Purchase Two Sets of Turnouts for Fire Department 11. Fire Department Report to Include Discussion on Fireworks Restrictions 12. Council Reports 13. Safety Topic 14. Payment of Bills 15. Public Comments 16.
