- 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation: City Councilmember, Joe Fraizer b. Pledge: City Councilmember, Steve Wilmoth 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be read in as part of the official record. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR 4. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comment on the amended budget for the 2023-2024 fiscal year and the tentative budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. 5. RESOLUTION 2024-002, A Resolution Adopting the 2024 Final tax rate for Oakley City (POSSIBLE ACTION) 6. RESOLUTION 2024-003, A Resolution Amending the Budgets for All Oakley City Funds for the Fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024; Adopting a Budget for All Oakley City Funds for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025. (POSSIBLE ACTION) 7. MAYOR'S REPORT 8. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION ITEMS 9. Adjournment.
