- Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda July 1, 2024 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; John Webster; City Attorney Randall McUne; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation/ Daycare Business on property located at 756 South 400 East/ Atkinson Safari Preschool/ Chelsie Atkinson. 5. Request for Variance of the drive aisle width on property located at 690 North 5400 West/ Craig Gubler/ Platt and Platt.
