- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Council of Castle Dale City, Emery County, State of Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Castle Dale City Hall located at 20 South 100 East on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting Budget Proposal: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Ratify Main Street Coordinator payment Emery Rodeo Club- Graycee Mills, Stace Gilbert, Trent Gilbert: Donation for arena for rodeo and practice: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Arena Security: Bryan Christensen - Vote for maintenance contract 2 times a year: DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Stipend for phone use for Emily, Tresa, Jody - DISCUSS/APPROVE/DENY Kerry Lake: Land Use Committee Terry Lofthouse: Animal Control/Code Enforcement Report: Ignacio Arrien: Maintenance Ignacio Arrien: Fire Department Danny Van Wagoner: EMS Treasurer/Recorder reports Mayor and Council reports Bills presented for signatures Executive Session if needed.
