- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Monday June 3, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the May 20, 2024 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Bryce Bishop: Approval of splitting building lot and discuss building permit. 3. 5:15 Chelsea Thompson: 4th of July 4. 5:25 Pay scale: Employee raises 5. 5:35 2024-25 budget review 6. 5:45 Business License request 7. 5:50 Pay bills 8. 6:00 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
